Resepi Mee Kari Fishball

Ingredients:
- 500g yellow noodles
- 200g bean sprouts
- 250g prawns, shelled and deveined
- 250g chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 2 stalks lemongrass, bruised
- 5-6 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 can coconut milk
- Salt and sugar to taste
Instructions:
1. In a pan, heat up some oil and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add in the curry powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Stir well.
3. Add in the chicken and prawns. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
4. Add in the coconut milk and bring it to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
6. Add in the yellow noodles and bean sprouts. Stir well and cook for a few minutes until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
7. Add salt and sugar to taste.
8. Dish out and serve hot!
